Why food may feel easier for some people
Some people find multi-ingredient supplements easier on the stomach when taken with food. If the label specifies a meal, use that direction.
Do not make up a new schedule
Older posts and older product versions can contain different timing instructions. Use the current bottle rather than an old screenshot, reseller listing or previous formula.
