Cancellation policy

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order. Email info@luxxeproducts.com with your order number and CANCEL ORDER in the subject line.

We will confirm whether the order can be stopped. If cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-5 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post it.

After 12 hours

Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If the order has shipped, follow our return and refund policy after delivery.

Bundle and promotional orders

Bundle orders must be cancelled in full within the applicable cancellation window. Individual items cannot be removed after the order is placed.

Subscription orders

We currently sell products as one-time purchases and do not offer recurring subscription orders through this store.
